As Mission Critical Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) you interact with the customer on a regular basis in a proactive and programmatic manner. You are familiar with the solutions and customer’s organization. You bring deep technical knowledge and “know me” of the overall solution and understand how it contributes to the customer’s business goals. You define and own execution of architectural updates to customer’s environment to meet optimization goals.
During a critical situation, you function as the customer’s single point of contact. You are the link between the customer, support and engineering. You provide the context of the solution and the impact of the current critical situation. You provide the available status information at the right level back to the customer.
Your proactive technical work lays the foundation for a successful operation of the solution. You deliver solution-oriented proactive services to ensure solution reliability, stability and optimal performance. You provide technology-specific deep technical expertise. You deliver ad-hoc trainings / workshops according to the customer’s needs. You ensure the solution is built & run according to leading practices and provide the technical knowledge to remediate issues.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologiesOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologiesOR equivalent experience.
2. Work experience in Azure administration (Compute, Network, Storage, Security, Data)
3. Expertise with Azure Well-Architected Framework
4. Experience in development on Azure and DevOps processes
5. Identity, governance, and monitoring solutions
6. Business continuity solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
7. Experience with working on Business / Mission Critical applications running on Azure.
8. Demonstrated experience in owning customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful engagements (Technical Account Management / Customer Success)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for this role include advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into designs for Azure solutions that align with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. In this role, you implement solutions on Azure by partnering with various other job roles, including Developers, Administrators, Security and Data Engineers
Additionally responsibilities include:
9. Create and Update deep technical understanding and documentation of the customer’s technology and solution (KnowMe) and Workload record(s) for their assigned solutions.
10. Deliver Onboarding Assessments and define and drive Delivery Plan
11. Regular internal touchpoints with Team Manager, CSAM (Customer Success Account Manager), Mission Critical CSAs (Cloud Solution Architects) and connected teams like Azure Engineering Direct (AED), Azure Rapid Response (ARR) & others to ensure alignments
12. Ensure successful delivery of remediation activities
13. Identify trends, analyze and coordinate delivery opportunities
14. Provide case trend analysis and recommend remediation activities during regular customer reviews
15. Function as a Trusted Advisor and provide advisory support with deep technical focused analysis and KnowMe.
16. Scoping of engagements, discussing workstreams and assigning actions and agreeing ETAs.
17. Provide RCA in coordination with AED (Azure Engineering Direct) for critical incidents (Sev A/0)
18. Responsibility for driving towards a stable and robust solution and minimize reactive demand and time to recovery.
