A day in the life of…
* As Operations Manager, you’ll be the lead driver of operational excellence across the customer journey at the hotel.
* Working as a hands on leader from check in to breakfast, you’ll be working to ensure brand standards are exceeded and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.
* You’ll work flexibly across the week driving key metrics amongst the HOD team, working back-to-back with the General Manager to ensure there’s management for across all shifts and deputising in the General Managers absence. As such, this role offers a fantastic senior step forward for those with one eye on a General Manager position in their future career.
* Whilst mostly working as a ‘hands-on’ operator on throughout the working day, you’ll also collate rota’s and ensure workforce plans are created to ensure the hotel is ready for any eventuality.
* You’ll be able to utilise your experience in food and beverage to level up the daily guest experience.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience with a strong background in the Food and Beverage department. We’re keen to speak to flexible, experience hospitality managers who are ready to be hands on and drive a first class guest experience.
