You’ll play a pivotal part in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Roles and Responsibilities Sales & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and establish new partnerships. Promote a diverse range of products and services through various methods and channels. Partner Management: Implement partnerships by setting up trackable URLs, creating guidance sheets, and providing promotional content. Educate and train partners on product offerings and lead incentive campaigns to drive growth. Account Management: Record and manage all client interactions using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and organized data. Collaboration & Events: Work closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities across all product lines. Attend industry events to grow your network and enhance brand visibility. Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as processing policy documents, overseeing voucher programs, and nurturing internal/external relationships. Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations. Cross-Selling: Leverage existing relationships to promote and sell additional services and products. Skills and Experience Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous. Strong communication skills with confidence and presentation abilities. A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
