The Trade Teams Operations Manager job role itself where you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering trade packages in order to meet commercial and operational constraints, working with the Divisional and Construction Project Teams to ensure a positive and profitable outcome is achieved.
Assist the General Manager in identifying and securing suitable packages of work to fit the skills, capability and resource availability. More specifically:
1. Assist the General Manager in the creation and carrying out of the Trades Team business plan.
2. Work with Divisional and General Managers to identify and win suitable Trades Work Packages for the Carpentry, Bricklaying and Multiskilled teams to deliver
3. Prioritise effectively, monitor progress and make amendments when necessary
4. Plan effective deployment of the Trade Teams ensuring the delivery of reliable, cost-effective progress on packages.
5. Analyse and identify possible delays or risks and plan effective solutions within full-filling programs
6. Ensure variations are tracked and reported diligently to the General Manager
