Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
* Support classroom activities and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.
* Encourage and assist students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
* Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting children with diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to various educational settings and student needs.
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
