What you'll be doing…

To enhance the performance of our Cardiff teams and foster seamless communication between our amazing Cardiff and London teams, we are seeking a dynamic individual who can actively oversee the newsstand circulation of our titles/vertical. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth and boost profitability.
Additionally, as part of your role, you will have the opportunity to further support the account managers by taking on additional administrative responsibilities. These tasks will involve managing various aspects related to the team's accounts, including but not limited to handling invoicing, processing booking forms, and managing promotions within our Apex system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary Marketforce point of contact for your titles within Marketforce and Future.
2. Contribute valuable insight/experience to departmental meetings (problems, solutions, highlights, etc).
3. Proactive involvement in wider team projects ( Supply / Range).
4. Support with supply planning and proactively consider if supplies are at the right level.
5. Identify Range risks and opps throughout the year, ready for proposal time. Able to write proposals with little help.
6. Contribute to the Budget process, ie analysing topline sales, supply, and price trends, able to make some suggestions for next year. Awareness of the importance of key issues and anomaly planning.
7. With support from management get involved in the design and execution of retail promotions.
8. Aim to resolve queries and find solutions independently, but don't hesitate to seek guidance from the Trade Marketing Team
9. Maintain accurate records of title details (Orion, Production tracker, etc) and of trade marketing activity and invoicing (TM grid).
10. Provide sales reporting and analysis for brand directors/publishers, including title, market performance, and competitor forecasting.

11. Good understanding of portfolio and newsstand goals and to develop and track the progress of your title goals.
12. Ability to develop good relationships with publishers and internal departments.
13. Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
14. Aim to resolve queries and find solutions independently but seek guidance from the Trade team
15. Ability to analyze and interpret data, and know where to find the relevant source.
16. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work to meet strict deadlines.
17. Good knowledge of Microsoft or Google IT Packages including Excel/Sheets and experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint/Slides.
