Medical / Healthcare Administrator
Location: East Sussex, Ticehurst
Salary: £22,480 - £24,400 per annum DOE
Hours: 8-4pm or 9-5pm with 30min break (fleixble on start and finish)

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team as an Administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support within a sensitive environment then this could be the perfect role for you.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to our client's medical team. Your daily tasks will include typing, managing correspondence, and handling telephone enquiries, of which are of a sensitive nature. Training will be provided.
You will also have the opportunity to liaise with other areas of the organisation, such as Insurers, GPs, and Commissioners, to ensure smooth patient care and invoicing processes.
What can you expect in this role?
Organise diaries and patient appointments directly with patients and Consultants, striving to provide the best possible service.
Record consultant time on system
Consistently update CRM - ensuring all necessary reports and documents are uploaded in line with company policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Liaise with Inpatient and Therapy Services regarding admissions, discharges, and follow-up arrangements.
Prioritise enquiries, issues, and callers to maintain the highest level of service at all times.What do we require from you?
Proven experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a Healthcare/Medical setting, and have had some relevant exposure within mental health/counselling/psychology or similar studies
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.Why join our client's team?
