Environment: Fully office based, Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30

Your new role
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, ensuring the smooth processing of supplier invoices and payments. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Accurately processing purchase invoices and credit notes
2. Reconciling supplier statements
3. Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
4. Preparing payment runs
5. Assisting with month-end closing activities
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Sage accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude
