A Compliance Analyst is needed to join a dedicated and passionate team at Amicus Trust, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery for the homeless community. With 50 years of experience, Amicus Trust is committed to providing safe and supportive housing across 400 rooms in the East of England. As we grow, were looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to support our mission by assessing practices, monitoring compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Compliance Analyst, you'll work at the core of our operations, providing insights that drive improvements in performance and compliance. You'll conduct internal audits, produce detailed performance reports, and present data to stakeholders, helping us maintain our high standards of quality and client support. From analysing internal data to engaging with key stakeholders, you'll be vital to our commitment to continuous improvement.
To Qualify:
You should be an analytical and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst / Data Analyst / Compliance Coordinator / QA Analyst or similar, who can demonstrate:
* Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and present complex data effectively
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present insights to various stakeholders
* Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and professionally
* Proficiency in IT systems, including software and databases
