Job Description
We provide the whole range of care to our clients including personal care, home help duties and companionship. All staff will be fully trained by us, meaning we are happy to consider people who have not worked in Adult Care previously.
We pride ourselves in the quality of care our clients receive and are looking to recruit members of staff who will take a share of that pride and provide a truly superior service to the elderly within our community.
Your rewards:

* Rates of £12.00 per hour, with benefits averaging £14.00 per hour.
* Evening and weekend rates paid at higher rate.
* Double time on Bank Holidays.
* £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile for travel.
* Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
* All training, in person or e-learning fully paid.
* Minimum 1-hour visits - no dashing between clients.

Qualifications
Essential:
Valid UK driving licence & own car.
Living in Hatfield, Welwyn, Borehamwood, Potters Bar or local villages essential.
Happy to work agreed hours on alternate weekends.
Right to Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
