The successful candidate will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR, leading a large team that includes business partnering, ops, and recruitment. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development, as well as being a key partner to the CPO in ensuring a first-class HR provision. The Head of HR will also be involved in re-orgs, re-structures, and the continual improvement of the HR function, and must be a cultural ambassador with a can-do, pragmatic, and positive approach.
