As our Hygiene Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the health and well-being of our guests and employees. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety and hygiene compliance within our hotel.

You are responsible for upholding the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene across the hotel.
You will ensure that all food served to guests and staff is free from microbiological, chemical, and physical contaminants, with all work areas meeting or exceeding local health authority requirements.
You will also oversee that all employees are medically fit and strictly adhere to all sanitation regulations.
You have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and capacity and have qualified training programs on hygiene and food safety controls.
You have experience in conducting training/audit checks and handling food and hygiene standards of various types of kitchens/restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive food safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and equipment.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of food safety inspections and corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
* Train and educate staff on food safety practices and procedures.
* Investigate and address any food safety incidents or complaints.
