We are working with an established organisation in the manufacturing sector who are looking to employ a Head of Service Delivery, permanently, in the Sevenoaks area.
This is in-office and a great position for someone with proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to identify gaps for improvements, and is able to manage working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Establish and maintain high standards for service delivery processes and procedures.
Nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and needs are met.
Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and address any issues.
Developing suitable strategies ensuring the company remains relevant to the market.
Set, monitor and maintain compliance with service KPIs.
Manage complaints with appropriate escalations and highlight high-risk concerns.
Guide, support and develop the team members to deliver exceptional services.
Ensure all service-related payments are invoiced and collected promptly.
Oversee the processing of customer orders to ensure timely deliveries of goods.
Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintain the ERP system, reducing waste and enhancing productivity.
