Duties and Responsibilities
1. Write eye catching job advertisements that accurately reflect the position requirements.
2. Utilise online platforms, social media, and industry-specific channels for job postings.
3. Handle incoming calls from potential candidates, providing information about job opportunities and application processes.
4. Match available candidates to current job openings based on skills and qualifications and discuss this with the recruitment team.
