Office Manager – XERO
Location: Tranent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, filing systems, and office supplies inventory.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
* Manage and maintain company records and files, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and budgeting documents.
* Supervise and train administrative staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
* Serve as a point of contact between the management team and internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and distribute internal memos, correspondence, and other business documents.
* Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
Requirements
* Xero Accounts Proficiency
* Proven experience in Office Management or a Similar Administrative Role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
