The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Social Housing.
Responsibilities
Booking of appointments for operatives
Managing operatives diaries
Updating management systems with clear, correct and concise information daily.
Filing /scanning of documents
Manage daily task list
You will prepare documentation as required
You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over phone and in written correspondence
Any other administrative duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail
Must have social housing experience
Good telephone manner
Conversant in Microsoft office including word and excel
Highly organised
Willingness to learn new skills
