As our team expands, we are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for IT to join us as a Service Desk Technician. In this role, you'll be the initial point of contact for our clients, providing them with professional and reliable technical support through our Tier 1 Service Desk.
What will you do?
* Deliver efficient and effective customer service to end-users and stakeholders.
* Handle incoming issues through our ITSM software, ensuring timely resolution.
* Provide first-line diagnosis and resolution, aiming for high first-time fixes.
* Escalate complex problems to Tier 2 Service Desk Technicians when necessary.
* Prioritise and manage your workload to meet client SLAs.
* Coordinate with third parties for software installation, configuration, and rollout.
* Assist in setting up and deploying new users, hardware, and software.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation of supported networks and devices.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong customer service skills, organization, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. While prior experience in a Managed Service provider environment would be advantageous, it's not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

Location: Eynsham (office-based, hybrid after probation)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: £23,895 - £30,679 dependant on experience
