Duties & Responsibilities:
\n
\n
* Overseeing the production and assembly of Switchgear and Control Panels
\n
* Oversee day to day operations, assign tasks and manage workflow
\n
* Working closely with the design team to ensure compliance and project specifications
\n
* Providing leadership to the workshop team and ensuring safety standards are upheld
\n
* Assembly of Electrical Switchgear and associated Electromechanical equipment/systems to engineering drawings and production timescales
\n
* Overseeing the testing of switchgear, control panels, and busbar systems, troubleshooting issues found
\n
\n
Desired Criteria:

\n
* Experience in a similar role
\n
* Experience in the field of switchgear or electrical equipment
\n
* A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail are essential
\n
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
\n
* Flexible approach to work, willingness to learn and be part of a team
\n
