Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer
Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.59 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Admin Officer for our public sector client in Burnley. Duties will include but not be limited to; general admin duties including filing, processing fees and end of day accounting, opening post; dealing with customer queries over the telephone and face to face at the public counter; drafting Judicial orders, lodging documents on court file; processing and answering various forms of correspondence. Supporting the Judiciary while in Court and with remote hearings - Teams, CVP.
Use of Outlook, Word and bespoke systems. Full training will be provided on the internal systems.
Requirements:
* Able to follow well established processes and detailed instructions.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
