Female Support Workers Required

The person you will support is looking for an individual who is reliable and motivated. The ideal candidate would have a flexible and outgoing character, to provide support for the individual and promote their daily living alongside another member of the team on a 2;1 basis and 1;1 basis
The person you will be supporting lives within a property which has ample space and designed with their needs at heart.
The client an adult female with a spinal cord injury is looking for some to support them in all aspects of personal and domestic care tasks to be undertaken.
The client requires full assistance with promoting personal care/hygiene, personal safety and wellbeing and supporting a healthy & nutritional balanced diet.
The Client requires assistance with administrating medication.
You will also be required to write detailed notes on her day to day activities, care and healthcare input.
You must be honest and reliable and have excellent interpersonal and interaction skills.
No experience is necessary and as the most important factor is being able to get on with the client.
On the job training will be undertaken.
You must be able to work alone and use your initiative.
Hours of work:
Approx 18-21 per week. Vacancy hours for new position as follows;
week 1 - 21 hours
Monday 8am - 12pm
Tuesday 9am - 12pm
Thursday 9am - 12pm
Friday 8am - 12pm & 2pm - 9pm
week 2 - 21 hours
Friday 2pm - 9pm
Saturday 2pm - 9pm
Sunday 9am - 4pm
week 3 - 18 hours
Monday 4pm - 9pm
Tuesday 4pm - 9pm
Friday 4pm - 9pm
Saturday 9am - 12pm
There is only 1 day where there is a split shift
New Starter probation period Rate of Pay:
weekday £11.50
weekend £12.30
sleepover £11.44 (both weekday and weekend)
bank holiday weekday £23.00
bank holiday weekend £24.60
bank holiday sleepover £22.88 (both weekday and weekend)
overtime weekday £15.23
overtime weekend £16.40
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
