Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bedded home specializing in supporting children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leadership and Oversight: Providing strong and positive leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets regulatory and organizational standards.
* Child-Centered Care: Creating a safe, nurturing environment focused on promoting resilience, well-being, and positive outcomes for each child.
* Compliance and Quality: Maintaining excellent standards in line with OFSTED regulations and ensuring all staff are fully supported and trained.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced: At least 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with a focus on EBD services.
