Area Sales Manager Established over 30 years ago, our client is leading provider of premium drinks to the wholesale & on-trade space. They are a certified B Corp & pride themselves on their efforts for a positive social & environment impact; staying true to their roots, they continue to work with local suppliers, volunteer in their local communities and have adopted an employee-first culture. They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team in managing a set of existing accounts across London & the surrounding areas, whilst also prospecting new business opportunities across the territory. This is a hybrid role with circa three days per week meeting with clients in-person across the territory. Responsibilities Build & maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing accounts Conduct regular in-person meetings with all accounts Identify new business opportunities & areas to expand existing accounts Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor activity and industry trends Complete regular sales reporting on performance, trends, and customer feedback; deliver to senior management as required Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure effective and efficient operations across whole company The Successful Candidate 3 years B2B sales experience within FMCG, particularly in the drinks space Field sales experience is essential Full UK driving license required Based in Slough or surrounding areas Area Sales Manager Package Basic salary: £42,000-48,000 10% bonus Shares options Company car options Additional volunteer days available Health cash plan Company laptop & mobile phone provided 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
