Job Title: HR Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Administration: Assist with preparing offer letters, references, Statements of Terms and Conditions, and other employee letters.
2. Resignation Processing: Prepare and issue acceptance of resignation letters.
3. Leave and Query Management: Administer holiday bookings and respond to employee queries through the Moorepay HR system.
4. HR Documentation: Update and maintain various HR documents and templates.
5. Personnel Files: Create and maintain both paper and electronic personnel files.
