My client is a small international bank with a growing real estate finance book. Following an internal restructure and promotion, they are looking to replace a senior relationship manager with knowledge, and contacts, across either Real Estate Finance (Commercial / Resi / Portfolio BTL) or SME lending, in particular Trade / Receivables / Invoice Finance. This bank doesn't work with brokers - they expect their relationship managers to do just that; nurture and manage relationships with existing and new customers. The role is London based and they lend across the UK. They have the funding in place to really grow the book and are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who has a good network of clients to come on board and support this growth. The ideal candidate will currently be working for another smaller bank, and have an existing network in either Real Estate lending, which is the bulk of their existing book, or some experience in their target market of Trade & Receivables finance.
