About the Role
Acorns Children's Hospice are a children's charity, offering specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families. Every year, we support over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families, including those who are bereaved. We have a network of charity shops across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, which help to provide the funds that we need to provide this care.
As Retail Superstore Manager you will:
1. provide inspired leadership and motivation to a team of volunteers and deputy managers
2. act as an entrepreneur to maximise every sales opportunity available, reviewing sales reports and making decisions based on the data and trends these reports show
3. create an exciting shop floor experience that makes Acorns stand out from our competitors
