We are looking for a Partnering Supervisor to join our team at Huws Gray Paignton!
This is a Monday - Friday role 7AM-5PM

Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we have a mix of stock in all of our partnering sites to support them with projects in their areas. Our stores ensure they get what they need, on time, every time.
We rely on our Partnering Supervisors to support a small team that ensures the customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied. Working in one of our Partnering Stores you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Partnering Supervisor with Huws Gray:
1. Building working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements
2. Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer
3. Motivating the team to achieve their targets
4. Controlling the stock within the Partnering Store, including maintaining the stock records
We know that you are more than just a CV and embracing everyone’s individuality is what makes us great as a team. We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Partnering Supervisor, but a Driving licence and a good knowledge of Building Materials would be beneficial as you will be travelling to the Exeter Branch multiple times per week to pick stock.
