Live-in part-time House Manager role in Hayes - BR4. Monday to Friday - 9am to 1pm. £12,168.00 per annum.
The House Manager is responsible for maintaining the building grounds, providing a safe environment, and being on call 24/7. A property on the grounds will be provided for the House Manager to live in.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
* Professional communication and working independently.
* Providing a safe and secure environment, regulating laundry use, and collecting monies for guest rooms.
* Responding to telephone calls and messages, maintaining polite communications, and giving advice and guidance to staff and contractors.
* Maintaining communal areas, supervising contractors, and ensuring safety and security.
* Regulating car parking, monitoring communication systems, and responsible for petty cash flow.
The role also involves reporting breaches of rules and regulations, managing duties, and undertaking odd jobs as required.
General housekeeping responsibilities include attending meetings, being familiar with company policies, and complying with health and safety regulations.
