Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages where necessary.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and professional.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Receptionist experience:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive and approachable attitude.
