Role: Service Administrator
Contract length: 12 months
Location: Whiteley
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Thu 8am - 5:30pm, Fri 8am - 5pm
We're seeking a talented Service Administrator to join our dynamic Service Repairs team for a 12-month contract (maternity cover). In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing and management of all company returns and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate and process customer and supplier returns.
* Test and validate mobile, IT, and telephony devices and accessories.
* Manage quotes and dispatch goods efficiently.
* Perform testing and data wiping as needed.
* Create detailed inspection and fault reports.
* Generate accurate customer invoices.
* Program devices based on customer requirements.
* Ensure proper storage of materials and goods to prevent damage.
* Provide excellent customer support, resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
* Communicate professionally and effectively via phone and other channels.
* Maintain accurate records and track information in company systems.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with inventory management systems.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
