The appointed Junior System Administrator will be managing and maintaining our software, hardware and networks (including cloud infrastructure) for employees across the globe.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Initiative and a knack for problem solving are essential for this role: you should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

What you’ll be doing:
* Assessing, deploying and maintaining a variety of system components.
* Helping develop Proof-of-Concepts for new system components.
* Providing IT systems support and advice to all colleagues, globally. We have teams in the UK, USA, Australia and elsewhere.
* Assisting in maintaining the business security certifications (e.g. Cyber Essentials plus).
* Undertaking professional development activities such as attending conferences and a variety of internal and external training.
A great candidate may:
* Have a highly proactive attitude to understanding and developing the IT needs of the business.
* Have previous experience in security principles.
* Have some experience in the Azure cloud hosting platform, Azure Active Directory, Azure user permission management (SSO) and InTune deployment of Applications.
* Have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, MacOS and Linux devices.
* Have experience in supporting users IT needs day to day, in an approachable and friendly manner. Support will need to be tailored according to the colleague’s role and IT capabilities.
* Be interested and passionate about learning new things, taking things apart, and getting stuck into new problems and challenges,
* Have great communication skills.
