First Recruitment Services are delighted to be partnered with our client, an expert in their field. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis to start immediately! The hourly pay for the role is between £15.38 - £16.83 per hour.
Customer Service Duties
* Manage the customer service team.
* Ability to answer queries related to the customer journey.
* Manage the customer service processes.
* Supporting the customer service team.
* Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
* Liaise with the finance team, ensuring payments are processed.
* Organise and run daily briefings between customer service team and the warehouse team.
* Run monthly reports and reviews.
* Answering incoming calls, and deal with any customer queries.
* Raising orders onto the system accurately.
Experience:
* Two years’ experience working within a Customer Services environment.
* Experience of ERP System, CRM and Microsoft 365.
* Experience managing a team.
