Eden Scott's client is currently seeking an Investment Client Administrator Assistant to join their esteemed Financial Services team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-growing firm that values precision, efficiency, and exceptional client service. As an Investment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the managers and ensuring the smooth operation of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage investment portfolios, including processing transactions, valuations, and client reports.
* Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear and timely responses to requests and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Ensure all client data, records, and investment information are accurate, updated, and compliant with industry standards.
* Conduct thorough AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and report suspicious activity as required by the firm's AML policies.
* Assist with compliance monitoring, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Provide administrative and operational support to investment managers, aiding in portfolio reviews and the preparation of investment reports.
* Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, performance summaries, and client presentations as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software systems.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
* Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and compliance regulations is advantageous.
