Admin Assistant - Perth or Glasgow office 1 -2 days pw the rest working from home - £13ph - 3 month contract with possible extension / permanent role
I am working with an energy company who is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and commit to a contract that is likely to be extended.
Responsibilities:
1. Diary Management
2. Organising meetings
3. Booking travel
4. Basic slide preparation
5. Sending out team communications
6. Team invites and general admin support for the management team and people development committee.
Experience & Skill set required:
7. At least 3 years Administration experience
8. Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
9. Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
10. Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
11. Good attention to detail
