We’re seeking an Assistant Psychologist to become part of our partnerships team. Our partnerships include the NHS, Private Healthcare and various corporations. The role will involve working across all areas of HelloSelf and will be supervised by a Consultant Psychologist.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting partnerships: You will be confident in collating and analysing outcome data and liaising with our partners.
* Clinical innovation: Contributing to clinical and technological innovations that can enhance the therapy experience for our members and therapists.
* Onboarding therapists: You’ll support our new therapists (experts) to have the best experience of joining HelloSelf, so that they can hit the ground running.
* Clinical delivery: Under the supervision of a Consultant Psychologist, you’ll provide evidence based, formulation driven brief psychological treatments.
* Research: HelloSelf is at the forefront of innovation in digital mental health. You’ll be involved in supporting our current research trial as well as developing new products that can help our members and therapists.
* Collate, analyse, interpret and prepare data and communicate clearly with various audiences, such as our NHS partners.
* Liaise, discuss and resolve clinical issues, complaints and concerns with professionals from partner organisations.
* Ensure clinical and contractual requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner for our partners.
* Complete clinical audits to identify therapist practice patterns and improve efficiency.
* Supporting the training and onboarding of new therapists to the platform and liaise with therapists to support best practice.
* Provide evidence based structured psychological interventions, utilising appropriate approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy and motivational interviewing.
* Attend and constructively engage in weekly clinical supervision.
* Support R&D activities, including new product development and enhancements, research and clinical trials.
About You
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology (course accredited by the British Psychological Society) and eligible for graduate basis for chartership.
* Able to collate, analyse and interpret data and communicate this clearly with various audiences.
* Experience of providing supportive listening or therapeutic interventions, with evidence of training and/or supervision to support your learning.
* Confident in liaising with partner organisations through telephone and video interactions.
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to reflect, learn and develop.
* Strong interest in mental health tech.
* Previous experience working as an Assistant Psychologist is desirable.
