Are you an experienced HR Assistant who is passionate about providing essential business support?
Working in a dynamic and collaborative HR team, you will be responsible for all administration relating to the pre and post employee lifecycle. A varied and fast paced position, you will use your excellent attention to detail and relationship building abilities to ensure a seamless service to the organisation.
This temporary assignment is a full time 36.5 hour per week role, starting immediately will be ongoing for an initial period of 3 months. Although this is a temporary position, full commitment to the end of the contract is required.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Assistant Responsibilities
Assisting with the monthly payroll
Supporting with the recruitment process
Undertaking right to work checks
Supporting the visitor process
Issuing letters and other general administrative tasks
Supporting the wider HR team with their day-to-day work

Temporary HR Assistant Requirements
Experience of HR Administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experienced in providing excellent customer service
Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems/software quickly
Confident and friendly
Good team player
Numerate and meticulous; able to enter payroll data with minimal errors
Location
Our client is located in Oxford (OX1). Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking, however, you will have access to excellent public transport links and local amenities.
