Sales Manager, UK & Ireland.

As pioneers in the market for one-way vision window graphics, we serve clients across every continent with a commitment to excellence. Your Role: Drive sales activities across the UK and Ireland. Manage accounts, develop new business and execute strategic projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Understand and take full responsibility for the UK and Ireland markets.
• Revenue Achievement: Meet annual revenue and margin targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
• Client Conversion: Identify and engage key target printers by understanding their needs.
• Market Growth: Inspire creative uses of our products in the market.
• Sales Initiatives: Lead business development initiatives and collaborate on global sales projects.
• Collaboration: Utilise internal resources to achieve business goals.
• CRM Management: Oversee CRM systems for all UK & Ireland contacts and leads. Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of B2B sales or similar client-facing experience.
• Experience in the wide format print/graphics industry or Out of Home/Retail advertising is a plus.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Methodical approach to planning and execution.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently. Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year + car allowance, commission & bonus
