Vibe Auto Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automotive parts knowledge and customer service skills to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Identification & Sales: Assist customers (internal and external) in identifying, sourcing, and recommending automotive parts.
Customer Service: Provide expert advice and deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, ensure parts are accurately logged in the system, and keep inventory records up to date.
Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, process parts requests, and liaise with suppliers to arrange timely deliveries.
Parts Storage & Distribution: Organize and store automotive parts efficiently, ensuring they are easily accessible for the team.
Parts Inquiries: Handle phone and email inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
System Updates: Ensure parts records are accurately updated in the inventory management system and assist with stock replenishment.
General Department Support: Support the parts team with any other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department.
