Duties of the HR Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the HR team
* Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
* Maintain up-to-date HR records and employee files
* Manage and respond to HR-related queries
* Assist with the organisation of HR-related events
* Support the onboarding process for new hires
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
* Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
