Your Company:A highly successful healthcare services business, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team in the Worthing area, to work in the office for around 25 hours a week. This family owned business is determined to provide high quality services, rooted in their core values of respect and integrity, and at present manage a number of sites across the region, and currently provide round the clock services to its varied service user base.The position holder will be reporting into the Head of Finance and will be managing the day-to-day execution of the payroll function, ensuring that is administered correctly, within expected compliance and on time.Your Role & Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing the payroll for the company to ensure that every member of staff is paid on time and accurately on a monthly basis
2. Producing payroll reports and commentary for the Directors on a monthly basis
3. Handling any changes linked to absences, shift patterns, changes in contracts and timesheets, working alongside the admin team to ensure these alterations are pulled through
4. Maintaining HMRC records and administering the NEST pension scheme across the business
