With data being crucial to an organisation's success, we are looking for someone who can manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring data accuracy, provide actionable sales insights, and develop robust reporting systems to support the sales and marketing teams in driving business growth. What They Need from You The ideal candidate doesn’t need sector-specific experience but needs to be analytically-minded and able to work agile. Key attributes: Previous experience within data management. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is advantageous). Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently. Desirable Skills: Experience with B2B SaaS, public sector clients, or advisory services. Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Power BI Experience with automation and process improvement.
