Job Title: IT Service Manager
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom(Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
Salary: Open to the market depending on experience
A well established high classed profiled public sector organization is urgently seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager with background in digitalisation to join their current project team on a 6 months contract. As a Senior IT Delivery Manager you will support the delivery with managing the service delivery of ICT service.
The ideal candidate should have a vast understanding in Managing the service delivery of ICT service and proven experience in managing IT Service Delivery and multi-sourced support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the service delivery of ICT services, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
2. Communicate and manage technical changes with appropriate governance and implement continual service improvement programs.
3. Maintain secure configuration and accurate IT asset management.
4. Investigate and recommend process improvements and optimisations.
5. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear reporting and data interpretations.
Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in managing IT service delivery and multi-sourced support teams.
7. Strong background in defining and managing SLAs and OLAs.
