Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
Hourly Rate: £14 - £16 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday- Friday 8.00am-4.30pm)

Are you an experienced facilities professional seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our client is looking for a talented Facilities Coordinator to join their team. With responsibility for minor projects, maintenance, and asset management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's properties.
Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Supporting the Facilities Manager with maintenance, repairs, disposal, and asset management services for our client's premises.
2. Ensuring compliance with national maintenance and repair contracts, including repairs, maintenance, alteration, and quality assurance.
3. Managing a utility contract and analysing usage for anomalies.
4. Assisting with procurement, implementation, and operation of a waste management contract.
5. Reporting on budget control for building and equipment maintenance.
6. Keeping up-to-date with new legislation and ensuring legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
7. Completing compliance audits and implementing corrective actions.
Primary Skills & Competencies:
8. Strong knowledge and experience in property management, property maintenance, and facilities management.
9. Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including external parties.
10. Familiarity with supplier and contractor management, as well as financial management.
11. Understanding of property management statutory requirements and obligations.
12. Experience in contracts management and knowledge of relevant business administration.
