Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Oversee service managers and their tasks, ensuring projects, reactive maintenance, and initiatives are executed efficiently.
Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example, maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates on tasks, projects, and queries.
Compliance & Reporting: Manage H&S, FRA, asbestos, and all legal requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Financial Oversight: Maintain steady cash flow, authorise expenditures, and create realistic budgets in collaboration with accounts.
Major Works: Handle major works projects, including notices, costings, and adherence to regulations.
