Location: Cranfield, MK43 (Hybrid)
Start date: 1st November
Duration: 6 months
Day rate: £225 including holiday pay PAYE or £250 via an umbrella co.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Role responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for relevant project delivery partners.
2. Undertake day-to-day operations and project governance.
3. Coordinate with partners and engage with external stakeholders.
4. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
5. Deliver internal and external reports.
6. Oversee budgets.
7. Organize meetings and deliver events.
8. Form excellent working relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers.
Selection criteria:
9. Experience setting up and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
10. Experience in business planning, managing substantial budgets and delivering a varied programme of work
11. Experience of formal reporting including the delivery of reports and supporting information to senior stakeholders
12. Developing, maintaining and leading strategies for monitoring and evaluation to enable robust progress reporting
13. Delivering on KPIs and tenacity to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
14. Ability to develop good working relationships with key staff internally and throughout the stakeholder and supplier organisations
