About The Company:Shift Pattern: 5 days in, 3 days offHours Per Week: 35.5Dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved.Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.You will also:
* Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date
* Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records
* Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship.
* Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality
