Accounts Administrator
We have an amazing opportunity to join this successful North West Bridging lender who are now looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their team.
Specific Responsibility:
* Prepare and issue redemption figures. To liaise with Portfolio Manager before issue.
* Attendance at weekly Credit Control meetings.
* Posting and reconciling transactions to Xero accounting software from company bank statements.
* Monitoring rents and loan payments.
* Posting journal entries.
* Preparation of accounts to the business.
* Attend weekly/quarterly meetings when necessary.
* Providing year end Xero reports to accountants for year-end for preparation of their accounts.
* Providing self-assessment spreadsheet information to accountant at year end.
* Any ad hoc tasks related that arise, e.g. archiving at year end, filing of loan statements, Companies House confirmation statements.
Other Duties:
* To support Company Accountant and Accounts Team with all accounting requirements as necessary. To support Portfolio Manager with redemptions.
* Any other ad hoc duties.
