Joinery Sprayer - Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat Lacqures Specialist
Are you an experienced Joinery Sprayer with expertise in applying Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers? Are you passionate about achieving flawless finishes and exceptional quality in joinery products? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
* Prepare joinery items for coating by inspecting surfaces, performing necessary repairs, and masking areas not intended for coating.
* Apply Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers using specialised spraying techniques and equipment.
* Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and quality control standards to ensure optimal coating application.
* Achieve consistent and flawless finishes on joinery items, avoiding defects such as runs, drips, or uneven coverage.
* Collaborate with the quality control team to perform thorough inspections and ensure joinery items meet high-quality standards.
* Maintain detailed records of applied coatings, product specifications, and any adjustments made during the spraying process.
* Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of spraying equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
* Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Joinery Sprayer specialising in Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquers.
* In-depth knowledge of Polyurethane (PU) and AC Cat lacquer types, properties, and application techniques.
* Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, filling, and caulking.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve consistent, flawless finishes.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to spraying and handling of hazardous substances.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Physical stamina for tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.
