Where do you fit in? Right here of course as the new QA Auditor for this great food business.
This food business has a great culture and family feel, with all the financial security and backing of a large parent company.
Food safety and quality is something we all take for granted. But without people like you, supporting Technical and Quality food manufacturing teams, the risks increase. That is why this QA Auditor role is critical in delivering excellence to all of the major food retailers.
With your range of knowledge, you will be supporting on audits and monitoring quality systems and procedures, providing technical assistance across the whole factory. You will relish the responsibility of having control of the finished product specification, you will also carry out product testing, organoleptic, chemical and micro, giving you the opportunity to back the new product development team with new trials and launches.
Some experience of Good Manufacturing Processes and HACCP systems are important. It doesn’t matter which food product you have worked with before, my client is open on category, more important is attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
No two days are the same here, so lots to keep you busy and add to your skills and development.
24-hour production means this is a shift role, working a 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern, split between two days and two nights. Some people find this shift pattern can often fit around school drop off or pick up, offering more flexibility around busy life demands.
I’ve placed a couple of people in the business this year and always check in to see how things are going. When I received a ‘thank you’ card from one of them to say how much she’s loving her job, it makes it all worthwhile.
Send your CV to me, Alison to find out all about this great company and how they look after their people.
NB. You must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
