This role is anonsite role, work from home is not available. You will be takinginbound calls on behalf of our prestigious banking client VirginMoney.

Salary : £23,795.20 per annum (£11.44 perhour)

Shifts : Monday to Sunday between 7.00 amand 9.30 pm
* Training : 2.5weeks
* Contract : Full Time Permanent (40 hours perweek)

1. Helpingour customers over the telephone to use digital services, educatingthem to understand the great benefits digital brings and guidingthem through theprocess.
Resolvingany queries customers may have with their banking which can bringchallenge and reward.

Workingwith fabulous colleagues across our contact centres so customersalways have the right person to speakto.
