This is a great opportunity to join a leading Global brand based in the South West that is looking for a Global HR Operations Director. Reporting into the Chief People Officer this role is accountable for global HR services supporting a headcount of c.3,000 in the UK and Globally.
They are looking for an experienced HR Operations/HR Services professional who can manage and lead a large team that includes the leads for Reward, TA and HRIS in addition to ensuring that all HR policies, processes and process improvements are being designed, developed and executed accurately and effectively via the Shared Services team.
In addition to supporting the CPO as part of the SLT and working on various adhocs projects, the company is embarking on a number of key global change & transformation programmes. This role will be instrumental in leading these projects working alongside UK and global regional teams.
To be successful in this role you will have led an HR Operations/HR Services team and be an experienced manager who is able to coach individuals and teams for high performance. You understand and are experienced in the operational and strategic delivery of HR Services and can demonstrate strong delivery against performance targets set. An HR generalist at heart, knowledge across Reward, Talent Acquisition and HRIS would be a distinct advantage. You will be self-motivated and resilient and able to embrace change, influence and make commercial decisions while working with a can-do attitude and understand how the activities within HR Services will impact the wider organisation on a global basis.
Experience gained within a Professional Services or Partnership led environment and with Global/International exposure would be a distinct advantage. This may include experience gained from consultancy, property, construction or engineering led environments.
The company operates a hybrid model and you would be expected to be in the office c.2 days/week. They would also consider someone who is London based.
